Helping enterprises adopt AI
and change how they work.

I lead AI and enterprise transformation end to end: finding the workflow worth changing, redesigning how it runs, driving adoption with the people who have to trust it, and measuring the result. I work in regulated, high-stakes environments, embedded with the teams doing the work.

About me

I lead enterprise transformation in regulated, high-stakes environments. At USAA I diagnosed workflow and capability gaps across departments, designed the solutions, drove adoption across tens of thousands of employees, and measured the results, working with executive sponsors up to the CEO alongside data science, engineering, product, and enablement teams. Earlier, at Accenture Federal Services, I built and tested enterprise software, which taught me how systems are built, break, and ship.

Since 2023, I’ve been building from zero. I designed and edited an illustrated children’s book series, trained a custom character model, and built a repeatable image-generation workflow across Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, and Claude, evaluating each output for consistency and quality. I also helped two founders build a professional education venture, covering its legal setup, branding, website, course publishing preparation, and marketing.
